We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and toppers cannot be returned once the vacuum seal is broken.

How do I set up my 'Mattress in a Box'?

Simply move the box to your bedroom, remove the rolled mattress, carefully cut the plastic wrap, and watch it expand. It will reach its full shape within 48-72 hours.
